Our editorial standards
We publish the criticism. Every page on this site names what we could not verify. The label does not publish per-ingredient amounts, no trial of the finished formula exists, and several ingredients have real drug interactions. Those facts appear on the homepage, not buried on a disclaimer page, and they stay there whether or not they cost us a sale.
We cite primary sources. Where we quote a position on evidence, it comes from the National Institute on Aging, NCCIH, the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, MedlinePlus or the FDA. Those are linked so you can read them yourself. None of those organisations endorses this product or this site.
We separate ingredient research from product claims. Research on saffron at 30mg a day is evidence about saffron at 30mg a day. It is not evidence about a capsule containing an unstated amount of saffron alongside nine other things. We say so every time.
We do not publish fabricated testimonials. The customer accounts on this site are illustrative of the pattern reported for products of this type, and they are labelled as individual experiences that are not typical and not evidence of effectiveness. We do not publish reviews claiming reversed memory loss or reduced medication, because those are the claims the FDA treats as health fraud red flags.

How we make money
